These connectors can be crimped onto ribbon cable to make custom cables that match our 2×3-pin shrouded male header:

Shrouded 2×3-pin box header with a ribbon cable and IDC connector plugged into it.

These connectors are used to terminate our pre-made 12" cables. Though not shown in the picture above, a strain-relief clip is included.
