ON Semiconductor NTMFS011N15MC N-Channel Power MOSFET is produced using an advanced PowerTrench® process that incorporates the shielded gate technology. This MOSFET minimizes on-state resistance and maintains superior switching performance with best-in-class soft body diode. The NTMFS011N15MC MOSFET features low ON resistance (RDS(on)) and gate charge (Qg). This MOSFET lowers switching losses and Electro-Magnetic Interference (EMI). Typical applications include Synchronous Rectification (SR) AC-DC and DC-DC power supplies AC-DC adapters (USB PD) SR and load switch.
