Full description
This is an aluminum heat sink designed to fit on a Compute Module 5. It includes thermal pads for maximum heat transfer from the CPU memory wireless module (if fitted) and eMMC (if fitted) components to the heatsink itself. We highly recommend using one with the new Compute Module 5 line.
